Where every contract is concerned, be it small for a single residential property or on a larger scale for a brewery chain or property developer, all of our procedures and materials are constantly assessed to ensure they meet all statutory regulations and our own stringent quality control standards. We are a member of several trade bodies and regulators, with health and safety central to everything we do, ensuring that all work is completed to the latest building regulations as well as any current legislation we are required, or desire to practice, provided with constructive advice at a competitive price.

We have implemented an action plan designed to strengthen our health and safety culture, improving the performance of our employees and supply chain.
We employ a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor in order to assist us with our health and safety management system and carry out site inspections, audits and training, risk assessments and method statements. This is continually reviewed and updated inline with new legislation, expected construction industry standards and our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. All work completed is done so with the highest of professional standards and customer satisfaction in mind, benchmarking ourselves against all relevant criteria to meet and often exceed expectations.
As a not for profit social enterprise, Trustmark is the only government endorsed quality scheme covering work and services provided to residential consumers in and around their homes. The body takes pride in continually investing in the scheme, supporting registered businesses to improve consumer protection and professional standards across all industry sectors.
As a member of the Federation of Master Builders our clients can be assured of our credibility and commitment to the highest of standards. Members of this association must first pass a strict vetting process, including checks on trading history and credit history. Membership also involves the independent inspection of work to ensure it meets high standards expected.
